
Michael’s responsibilities changed when he joined ThyssenKrupp Elevator, the second largest elevator company in the world. He quickly expanded from a Sales Consultant to Sales Manager. He effectively navigated the company’s pricing structure, product specifications, tendering process, dispute resolution and contract negotiation, all of which formed the basis of his knowledge of the elevator industry.

Following his transition to the field sector of the industry, Robert excelled quickly, demonstrating leadership in various positions including: Maintenance Technician, Troubleshooter, Service Adjuster, Foreman, Field Supervisor, Service Manager and finally District Manager of Toronto with North America’s largest elevator company.

Rob expanded his elevator career by joining Fujitec Canada and held various sales and marketing positions over the next 4 years, rising up to Branch Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing. His skills in project management and sales were noticed by ThyssenKrupp and he joined the company to lead the Toronto organization in Modernization and New Construction sales. The Team of sales professionals Rob brought together was one of the most successful groups in all of ThyssenKrupp North America.
Rob’s knowledge of the elevator industry, developing community, general contracting and architectural firms coupled with his in-depth understanding of complete project management compliment National Elevator’s strong technical and operational strengths.
