Traffic Analysis is often overlooked, yet is critical in the early stages of building core design. These studies determine the number of elevating devices specifically targeted to meet the project requirements. Traffic studies establish equipment types, capacities, and speeds optimizing passenger average waiting times and traffic flow while taking into consideration unique building conditions, population densities, and building floor height criteria. We also study and educate our clients on the importance of average waiting times when one elevator is not available in group operation. Real-time computerized simulations are developed and tabulated in a detailed report.
National Elevator Consulting will analyze your criteria and assist with determining the number, type, size, and speed of the elevators required to suit a specific application. Similar to modernization projects, budget pricing, completion schedules, specification, and tender documents are provided. Analysis of various manufacturers’ products and a review of the first set of shop drawings for the final acceptance inspection will be expertly managed.
